Right from designing to manufacturing each machinery, special care is taken to qualify for the set norms. Quality control checks are a mandate at regular intervals. Also, non-destruction tests like Dye Penetration Check, Magnetic Particle Testing, Radiography, Ultrasonic Examinations and Purchase are carried out as per code requirement. Raw material like plates and pipes undergo stringent checks at recognized laboratories like the Metallurgical Laboratories and Engineering Inspection Services (EIS) (approved by Government) under the third party inspection of ABS and EIL.

The Quality Assurance System is established by us to meet ISO:9000 & ISO:9002 standards for Production, Installation, Servicing and After-sales service. We continuously strive to get the best out of our employees through it and create a highly professional work environment. Our well qualified Quality Assurance Programmers train the staff for quality results. The outcome, thus, results in enhancing the repute of Vivek Infradevelopers Pvt. Ltd. at regular intervals.

We organize QA / QC meetings where every member can actively participate and share suggestions and feedback. Regular review of quality system is undertaken and systematic planning & appraisals are given regularly.

The entire exercise is undertaken to keep improvising the quality of our work, material and man-power usage and facilitate least wastage of resources.
